Large-Size Pipe Compatibility

Designed for PE, PP, and PVC pipes with a maximum diameter of 1600mm and length of 3–6m. Eliminates the need for pre-cutting, saving labor and material waste from sawing.

Automated Hydraulic Feed System

Equipped with a horizontal feed chute that automatically closes after loading. A hydraulic pusher steadily advances pipes towards the center of the single-shaft shredder (low rotational speed for stable operation), ensuring safe and efficient shredding.

Dual-Stage Processing

Primary shredding by the single-shaft system breaks down pipes into larger pieces. Shredded materials are transported via a conveyor to a secondary crusher for fine grinding, achieving the desired particle size (customizable per user needs).

PLC Central Control

Fully automated by a PLC system, enabling precise control over feed, shredding, conveying, and crushing processes. Ensures consistent performance and operator safety.
