Aluminum-plastic composite board, abbreviated as aluminum-plastic board, is a new type of decorative material produced through a thermal bonding process. It consists of an aluminum foil as the surface layer, a polyethylene material as the core layer, and undergoes surface treatment and coating (using fluorocarbon coating or polyester coating). It is mainly applied in building curtain walls, exterior wall decoration and advertising, interior decoration, etc. Based on traditional production processes and practical experience, a high-speed aluminum-plastic board production line has been developed. It adopts an advanced extrusion system and can produce high-fill factor flame-retardant grade aluminum-plastic boards with a production capacity of 2500kg/h. The production line speed is 10m/min, and it can produce products with a width of 900-2000mm and an aluminum foil thickness of 0.18mm or more. At the same time, our company also provides traditional aluminum-plastic board production lines with a production capacity of 500-800kg/h and a line speed of 5m/min, capable of producing products with a width of 900-1560mm and an aluminum foil thickness of 0.06-0.5mm.
