Abs extrusion

ABS extruded is the same as ABS, but those filament are different since they are made from a difference process. It's a common procedure in auto, electronics and consumer goods manufacturing to make products such as pipes or sheets or profiles. The abs extrusion is begun with a feed of the raw material carried by gravity to a hopper, and then to an extruder where it is temperature-raised. After melting, the material is extruded through a die which defines its shape and is then cooled and solidified.

Advantages of ABS extrusion in production

One of the advantages in using ABS extrusion during manufacturing is its flexibility to allow complex shapes keeping tight tolerances. This enables custom parts and components to be designed for particular performance specifications. Further, ABS-outlet groups can be manufactured by extruding at low cost and in high volume and short time. ABS plastic’s capacity to adapt is the reason why it is used by manufacturers to build high-quality and impact-resistant items.
