A Jwell PC solid board extrusion line heats the PC resin with high temperature, and at the same time melts the resin. This molten material is ‘extruded’ through a die to create it in to a sheet. Once it cools down, it solidifies into a clear, solid, board with practically no memory of its original shape. The thickness of the board can be conveniently adjusted by varying incrementally the velocity of material forced from the machine and width of the board. The board is subsequently cut into pieces of different dimensions of the desired shape of the manufacturer.
Jwell PC solid board extrusion line is composed of large numbers of the machine coordinated components as the production line with the ability of producing the super thick board. These include an extruder that melts and shapes the polycarbonate material; a die that makes the material into sheet; a cooling system that cools the sheet; and a cutting system that cuts the sheet into boards of various sizes. In addition, the machine is provided with an operating panel, via which an operator is able to set a condition and check a state of production.
