“Profile extrusion technology” is a fancy word for how we make plastic shapes with machines known as profile extruders. These machines are magic machines that pick up raw plastic material and transform it into custom-shaped plastic profile extruders of all shapes and sizes. In the world of manufacturing, they’re super important because they help make all sorts of plastic things we use every day.
One of the neatest things about extruding profile is the ability to produce plastic parts in a fairly quick, efficient manner. This extra mile ensures that we can quickly manufacture a high volume of plastic profiles, ensuring that we can support customers and businesses with what they need and when they need it. Profile extruders also save waste by running just the right amount of material for each profile, so they’re actually “greener”, as well!

Profile extruders work like little artists that can form a unique extruder profile starting from a given design and size. We can vary the form, size, colour, and texture of the plastic profiles produced by manipulating the machines. Thus, we can respond to the special needs of various projects and produce tailored items that are different from others.

Profile extrusion process consists of a number of steps that are performed in conjunction to produce a final profile out of raw plastic material. The raw plastic material is first poured into the extruder and the pulverized mineral mixture is next incorporated thereinto. The molten plastic is then passed through a die which forms it into the desired cross section. Finally, the profile is cooled and guillotined to the desired length, and is available for use in many applications.

Profile extruders are very versatile machines and can churn out profile extruders suitable for multitude of industries. From window frames and door seals to pipes and tubes, profile extruders can make profiles for a variety of products. They are also compatible with a wide range of plastics including PVC, ABS and PE, making them perfect for a range of manufacturing applications.
