Profile extrusion process consists of a number of steps that are performed in conjunction to produce a final profile out of raw plastic material. The raw plastic material is first poured into the extruder and the pulverized mineral mixture is next incorporated thereinto. The molten plastic is then passed through a die which forms it into the desired cross section. Finally, the profile is cooled and guillotined to the desired length, and is available for use in many applications.
