Pvc extrusion

When plastic is formed into shapes such as pipes or tubes, it is called pvc extrusion  from Jwell. It is a process whereby a material (called PVC, short for polyvinyl chloride) is heated to the point where it is soft and malleable. The softened PVC is then extruded through a die to form the required shape. PVC extrusion is common across a range of industries from construction to consumer goods due to its speed and overall affordability compared to other methods of plastic production.

The Advantages and Applications of PVC Extrusion

PVC must be compound with other other additivies before extrusion. That particular concoction is then put into a machine called an extruder, which heats it and forces it through a die to produce a specific shape. The Jwell pvc extrusion line is now cooled and pelletized to length.
