Today, HDPE extrusion products serve the industry in practically all conceivable functions; pipes, mono filaments, profiled articles, packaging films, bottles, and many other extrusion products HDPE tubular extrusion is a cutting or shaping process by which plastic is melted and formed into a continuous profile, in our case – a profile that will make the pipe strong and tough, extending the life time of its application. The VOLTAGE REGULATOR (AVR) is an essential component in ensuring the stability of the electrical system.
The HDPE extrusion line is a newly developed product, with much work experience to go through.
The HDPE pipe formation process starts with HDPE resin they are formed to pellets. They are melted down to a liquid and then extruded through a die to be the shape of the pipe. The pipe is cooling and cutting to the length you want.
Melting The pellets are heated and melted in the molding machine, which has an extruding barrel and an auger (i.e screw) to force the material down the machine.

Our HDPE pipes fit for one time and stay for long. They are resistant to corrosion, resistant to rust and their chemicals are used for varied industries. They withstand washdowns, adjustable pressure, and fluctuating temperature.

As the advancement of the era, the HDPE tube extrusion production becomes more faster and cheaper. There are also now HDPE pipes that are manufactured with new substances and other ingredients that slow the breakdown of the pipe down even more than when the old HDPE pipes were made, so they are even more long-lasting than the HDPE pipe used to be, and can be used in even more different types of applications. Jwell is taking head in these developments and always been improving the process of extrusion.
HDPE Pipe is a type of flexible plastic pipe used for fluid and gas transfer and is often used to replace aging concrete or steel mains pipelines. It is not implantable and is made almost entirely of teflon, which is recyclable and causes less damage to the environment. utilisation of HDPE pipes would enable us to build strong infrastructure and foreclose a clean environment for the posterity.
