PVC Sheet Extrusion PVC sheet extrusion is the process of creating a flat product out of PVC plastic. This includes melting the PVC pellets and then shaping them into a sheet on a contraption known as an extruder. The force is right for the PVC and lays it flat so there are no thin spots in the sheets. When too much pressure is applied, the sheet can warp or bubble on its surface. If it is too far less, the sheet would not be properly molded.
